Lefsa

Today I'm running out to the store to get potatoes. I'm making Lefse. My plan was several weeks ago but could not find my info on what I needed. I cants wait its so much fun and oh so good. I want my kids to grow up eating Lefsa, not just on holidays but as a treat like they do in Norway.
One reason I'm going to get involved in the sons of Norway is to keep my kids involved in my familys history.
