I am sad

Well As of the 7th of September Luke is going to be going to Chicago for a class. He will be gone till the 11th and we will all miss him. Last year he traveled a lot and we have been so lucky this year.
Dell has a great ride that everyone is going on on the 12th to benefit Habitat for Humanity. Jill and Jason, Melynda and Todd are going and so is Luke. I have to be honest it makes me sad that I cant go with them. Its hard for me not to be able to do thing like this with Luke. I guess thats the way things have to be. Sure everyone will have a great time.

School Started

School started on Monday for Genesis and Sasha. Genesis seems to like HS and Sasha loves her teacher and she seems to be doing well. She has decided to go by Astrid this year so we will see if it lasts this time. She still wants family to call her Sasha. Atticus and I have been having fun doing the things that are fun for us. We played with play dough yesterday and Atticus loved it. Last time we attempted it was before Sasha got out of school and he had no interest. Next we will be trying to work on using a pen and drawing he does color its just fun to practice more. So I am enjoying my time with our small boys. Lincoln is growing like a weed shes becoming more and more aware every day. Lincoln just sits and watches his brother Atticus during the day. Atticus wants to help its sweet. We have been going to the park and playing outside and today we built a little people village to play with. We went over all the animals and their sounds.

Back to school night

Tonight Genesis and Sasha had back to school nights. Genesis had a 3 hour meet teachers get involved and explore HS options. He is excited about the mascot the wolf and they got a free shirt for attending. Sounds like its a great HS to attend and Genesis is excited.
Sasha meet her teacher also and she seemed sweet and she also has her masters in early childhood development. Sasha told her teacher she wanted to go by Astrid this year. We will see how things go she said the same thing last year. Someday she will go by her first name but its her choice. We are so excited to hear how school goes for the both of them.

SeaWorld

Saturday at seaworld was fun for all the kids, but the heat was a bit to much for our Lincoln. Little Lincoln spent the day trying to keep cool in his diaper but he was adorable.
Sasha,, Atticus and Genesis all had fun going around the park but the place was so crowded that Genesis did not ride a ride. Sasha ended up going on one with Grandma. Jill took Atticus to see the Shamu show as I sat with Lincoln under a tree. The end of the day was fun in the big play park area. We needed all of us just to take care of the kids everyone had to do something different it was crazy. As you can see Atticus and Jill spent the day checking out tings he was so busy looking it was hard to get his face but the photos are my favorite.
The guys stayed home to work on our kitchen floor and it got half done but they did run into a issue with the outlet on the floor. They did a great job so thanks Jason and Adam for helping us. We ran out of wood so Luke ran last night and we hope to get it finished before the kids come back from Houston.
Oh Genesis and Sasha are in Houston for a few days. Last I heard Genesis was not feeling well so their plans of fishing might be called off but that was early this morning.
Schools starts on the 24th :)

Some more but no time

Sorry as you know my time is not my own. The few mins I get here and their get occupied by something else. So here are a few new photos of our little guy and Atitcus from the park the other day.
Oh and I do need to add one of Atticus and his new trike that he Loves!
Sorry about no new ones of Sasha she is always to busy playing to come close to me for a good one.
Saturday Grandma Sherri, Jill and I are all taking the kids to SeaWorld for the day while the guys do our floor in the kitchen. I am a little worried about Lincoln out for the day it will be his first all day away from home.

Smiles from Lincoln

As of a couple days ago we have clear smiles from Lincoln. When you talk to him he grins so big all to one side like hes really trying hard. Its just adorable. I have been trying to get it on video but as soon as I get out the camera it stops.
Lincoln has the best head control ever and has for a while now but he has started making sure his back is real straight and holds his head high and steady. He is a sweet little guy who just loves to be snuggled.

WOW

Its funny how many people including my own Dr has asked can you love every child as much as you love your first. The funny thing is you love them all more somehow, not only for their differences but the laughter and joy they bring. Then you wonder how you could of ever lived without them in your life.
Luke and I are so lucky to have all our children in the hard times and wonderful times. I wold not trade my life for anyones!

Sorry about the nude Atticus I loved this photo. Last week Atticus got so tired that he just passed out, he has started taking off his diaper when he feels its needed. What a time to take it off poor guy is not napping much at all due to Mom not being able to rock out with him for nap time. I did today and this is why I have time to post :)
Sasha is doing great she is a great sister and swimming. This weekend Jill and Jason took Sasha and Genesis to church then a movie. They have a blast its so sweet,
Genesis has started riding his bike to the pool and library. Today it was sweet he went to volunteer and he packed himself a lunch to eat before he came home. He plans to go back Tuesday he has Karate tonight,

Two Brothers

I have to say Atticus Loves Lincoln so much its adorable. Though its scary sometimes how he is always trying to pat him on the head, kiss him but when he tries to trow something you have to keep your eye on him at all times.
Atticus loves taking pitchers he will aim the camera and click sometime he needs help with the clicking part.
Oh and do you notice the wonderful black eye. Sasha and Atticus slammed heads the other day. So our Atticus looks battered.
