Sasha Karate

Well Friday Sasha was sick so she missed the Karate program they offer after school. The teacher allows make ups the next week for last night Luke took Sasha to her lesson. She will get her uniform on Friday but she is doing well and it looks like she enjoys it a lot. Luke really thought the teacher was great with kids and Sasha approves.

Sunday fun Again

The photo of Atticus is from his first real tantrum. He was so tired and not feeling well and he just would not sleep. After I took a short video and a photo I realized I needed to charge the batteries so when I took them out Atticus stopped crying. He wanted to help put them back in then we went for a walk and he fell asleep. Go figure,











Sunday was a day at home but still fun. Everyone was getting over being sick we all had real bad head colds. Sasha was in bed for almost 2 days and Genesis the same. As for Atticus he just goes on not realizing yet its better to rest.
Sasha decided to paint so we got everything and Atticus wanted to paint so I made up some chocolate pudding and he ate and finger painted. It was fun they both did great.

More updates

Well Atticus has been practicing taking care of Sarah. He throws the balls and now he is trying to walk her. He is such a great helper.
Sasha made a special chair for her Fancy Nancy doll and a crown for both of them. She loves making things for everyone.

Today the kids had off school and after Genesis got his new fish we went and got Sasha some new fish. She chose a crab, 2 shrimp, snail and a guppy fish. She was so excited to have her new fish.

Saturday Genesis gets Fish tank

Well Saturday Jill and Jason brought over the saltwater tank for Genesis. He has been doing so well that is was time. Jason and Jill told Genesis when he earned it the tank would be his.
We are all so proud of the progress Genesis has made.
It took hours to set up and Genesis listened on how to care for the tank and the fish.
Sunday Jill took him to the fish store to pick out fish he got 3. Its very exciting and its so beautiful he is a lucky boy.

Sasha Karate

Well Sasha loved her Karate class and cant wait for next week. Her BF Hayden is also taking Karate so its all the more fun. Our goal was to get her started and when school ended we would have her continue with it at another Karate studio. Well the instructor let informed me that he was going to start teaching at the Dance studio. So that will be a easy transition for her to continue with the same teacher.
She gets her uniform next week and I will add photos.

All Baby photos we have

Luke got the photos of the new baby scanned. Every one the baby was dancing and kicking his arms and waving hands.

Bad news on Tuesday

Well Sasha was to start Ballet on Tuesday. Last week after her first trial lesson we went out and got her ballet shoes and tights and leotard even the cute skirt. This week we went with registration papers to sign up and no one was their. Poor Sasha did not want to leave she would just tell me they will come. We went home and called and left a message and I have called every day sense with no luck.
We are still going to see if we can get her in on another time for the class.
Sasha's school is offering Karate starting Friday the 16th till the end of school so we will sign her up for that and she can do both.
UPDATE: We got a call from the owner and the teacher have a issue and could not make it she will be back for next Tues.

Miss Family

Well we have been in Texas just over 2 years now and over the last few months its been hard for me not having family here. I think its just getting to me not having people you can go and see and be with who love you and want to be with you. Luke and the kids are my family but its still hard not having friends or family to be with.
I miss everyone and hope to go back soon to see you!

Sunday at ChuckECheese

Well Saturday was fun but we did not do much at all. Sasha went over to Jills for the night. Genesis and Luke watched a Dr Who and then Genesis had a night of video games. Luke and I got to watch 2 movies so that was nice. I even made mushroom and cheese sandwiches like my favorite deli back home in Ca.
Sunday when Sasha got home Atticus was napping but as soon as he woke up off we went to ChuckEcheese. Last time we went was over 2 years ago before we moved to Texas. Guess we just go to Gattis and thats fun but sometime the mouse is fun and its easy to deal with the same price for everything. Genesis played and won more tickets for his collection then he went to the table and played games on my phone. Sasha had so much fun running around riding on rides and just having fun. Atticus loved it all the food the kids and the rides.
We had a fun day together like always.

Lunch With Big Sister

About bedtime a few days ago Genesis and Sasha and Atticus were hanging out watching a show. As you can see Atticus plays king of the mountain.
Oh and update on Genesis he is doing so great. Over the past 2 weeks I see his enjoying life and just having fun.



Atticus last night with his meal he was putting it back into the bag. He loves putting things back. Its dangerous sometime he has thrown things away.



Well back to Friday lunch with Sasha. It was fun and Atticus loves being around all the big kids. He just wants to hang out with them its funny. I had to add a photo of Atticus and big sister walking home from school. For the past 4 days he has been walking half the way home but its getting easier he is understanding that we must stay on the sidewalk. No trying to go into peoples yards or in the road. I just have Sarah walk to his right so she blocks the road it works well.

Sasha's Dance

Well Tuesday Sasha had her first Ballet/Tap/Jazz lesson and she loved it. We have a dance studio thats right by her school so its close and easy to transport kids to with little effort. I have to say that Sasha is a natural at dance she had it down as soon as she was shown what to do. Her fist lesson was a one on one with just the teacher. I will get photos next week.
Atticus is our big boy he now wants to walk home with his sister and does not want to sit in his stroller. Its cute on the way its OK to be in the stroller but not when sister is walking. Sasha is sweet and help me by holding Atticus hand.
Tonight at dinner we had fun but once again. Everyone was having fun and joking and laughing. Daddy looks over and their is Atticus putting his face into his bowl. He thought we were laughing at him so he kept doing it. Then it was so hard to stop laughing.
Genesis is enjoying being back at school now. He is applying for the tennis team at school so we will see if he does well at the try outs.

First Day back at School

Well yesterday everyone got ready and off we went to school. It was about 30 deg and cold. We got to Sasha's school and only a few cars were in the lot. On the way home a few freezing kids were walking back home very slow. It was nice to have a test run of getting up again in the morning and getting ready. Its funny I found out Kyle decided to take a teachers day on the 5th.
This morning went great Sasha and Genesis were excited to get back to school. Atticus and I are getting ready to walk and pick up Sasha. Back to our normal routine. Last night Atticus really wanted to go in the stroller so even he is ready to start picking up Sasha again,

Daddy taking the kids out Sunday

Well Daddy took Genesis and Sasha out to the movies. They went to go see bedtime stories. It looks so cute I am sure they will have a great time. Next weekend they are going to go see the Tale of Despereaux.

Friday Luke and I got to go and see the Curious case of Benjamin Button. Grandma Sherri and Grandpa Mike watched the kids for us.

Atticus Teeth

Well last night was not a good night for Atticus. His top right tooth is coming down its broke through yesterday now its just pushing down and its hurting him a lot. Night time is the worst. HE went to bed at 7:30pm and had to be held all night. He was beat and slept till 8:30am so that was good for all of us. Hope tonight is better with a lot less pain for the little guy.

Update Plus B-Day

Well this week has been a lot of fun. Luke has been home with us a lot so we are getting a lot done around the house. Luke is getting a lot done around the house.
Our Birthday was fun Sherri and Mike came over and we all had pizza and watched Shawn of the Dead. We made pina colada for the kids and us with juice only. We had Ice cream cake and Daddy fell asleep right before midnight and we had to wake him up.
Genesis as a Birthday surprise made cups out of ice for us and that was fun. We all decided that he will have to do it more often for us.

So we had a great day and Thanks to everyone who wished us a Happy Birthday!
